Metal basket, chains and scale face - scale face glass in good condition metal frame has rustic red paint and shows wear but nice character. Vintage 19634-1966 Burlington County Div of Weights and measures Dept Certified Seal for Legal Fruit and Vegetables Scale measurements show 1/4 - 1/2 and 3/4 weight as well as the full 1lb.
