for your consideration is a beautiful, vintage, stoneware, beer mug from Cherokee Brewery of St. Louis, Missouri. This brewery was located in the river town in the 1880's and is in very good condition with no chips, crazing, or cracks. The work that went into this design is real phenomenal. You have braiding going around at the top and below that you have flowering Hop plants on both sides of an Indian warrior with drawn bow. All of this design is in raised relief! T is a banner towards the bottom that reads "Cherokee Brewery Co: St: Louis." (Missouri). Between the warriors legs, in fine print, is the word "Trademark". Above the handle t are the numbers "3/10 L". The mug stands about 5" high. Winning bidder will be responsible for USPS Priority shipping and insurance will be required.
