's a very nice Victorian Era children's glass beverage set consisting of one pitcher and four glasses. All of these items are clear glass. I photographed them with a dark background in order to show more detail. The designs on these pieces represent various nursery rhyme characters. The pitcher is decorated with Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf. The glasses all have a boy, girl, and what looks like a pig. The pitcher measures 4 2/8" tall and is 4 3/8" wide from spout through handle. The glasses are 1 6/8" tall and 1 3/8" wide across the top. CONDITION: Pitcher: T are three parallel lines that run from the lip. One runs from the lip and to the left of the wolf, another to the top of his head, and the third to his paw. They are visible and feel rigid like mold marks. T is also a very fine line to the right of the tree the wolf is hiding behind. And another fine line that runs from the handle, through the wolf and to the tree. This line can be felt. T is also some extra glass at the top of the handle along the mold line. Please see photos. Glasses: Upon close inspection, one glass has a rough outer rim and a fine line that runs from the girl to the tree in front of her. Another glass has a rough inside rim--see photos.
