Group of "artifacts" f ound in a house in Seattle about 30 years ago.They seem to be games and fortune telling. These were identified by a friend who speaks Chinese. I cannot vouch for the accuracy of the descriptions! Fortune telling set? 7 Numbered sheets rolled up in wooden tube. The numbers and characters are 77, 49, 47, 58, 36, 18, 29. Heavy paper are each about 2 inches square. Tubes average about 1.5 inches long. Character is in blue and number in black,1920's era gambling/card game. Characters have shop advertising. Cards have black backs. 84 pieces 3 ¼ inches by ¾ inch cards. Box Box 3 ¾ inches x 1 inches x 1.5 inchesPaper Mahjong for four people. Wrapped in white paper and perhaps never used. Packet is 3.5 inches x 1.5 inches x ½ inchesWooden gaming accessory. Used to hide gaming pieces as they fall. About 9 inches tall, approx 6 ¾ inches diameter across the bottom. Approx 2 ¾ by 1 ½ inches opening . May not be associated with the other items.One single Mah Jong bone piece.
