This snuff or scent bottle is app. 2-1/2" tall. It is made of blue-and-cream porcelain encased in a silver metal framework with dragon and phoenix designs on it. I do not know the timeframe of this piece. I have included a close-up of the mark on the bottom, which may help you to determine it for yourself.

The bottle appears to be in perfect condition. The lid has no chips but is uneven around the bottom edge - the unevenness is under glaze so its a manufacturing thing. The tip of the lid's stopper looks chipped but it isn't. Besides being porcelain on this lid has a porcelain core that extends down and is surrounded by a waxy rubber-like material. It is this surrounding material that is uneven at the tip while the porcelain core appears even and unchipped - it is hard to tell for sure because of the rubber-like surround.
