Vintage Christmas Ornament. Wax Angel 3-1/2 inches, pink dress Curly Blonde Wig Description: We are pleased to offer for auction an early vintage Christmas tree ornament, a wax figure of an angel. This figure measures about 3-1/2 inches long (9 cm). It has a curly blonde wig. It is dressed in a simple pink gown. The wings are not decorated. The detail of the hands is good, above average for the type. The face painting is good although it shows some deterioration from age. This style of decorations date from the early part of the twentieth century. Likely circa 1900-1915. The figure is overall in good condition although the surface is somewhat rough.
