Up for bid is Photo of James Buchanan. Mr. Buchanan was the 15th President of the United States. The picture itself measures approx. 9 5/8" x 16", matted is 16" x 20". The matting is in ruff shape and this picture has some mildew at the top and on left side but not bad. It looks as if the negative had a fold in it. Please see Photos. Shipping Shipping will be by Priority mail at $9.99. Insurance is required at $1.35 up to $50.00 after that it will be based on final value. We ship no later than the next business day after payment is received. Payment You can We also accept money orders. IMPORTANT if paying by Paypal we will only ship to your confirmed address. If your address is not confirmed you must pay by money order. If you want to pay by credit card with out using Paypal you can call us at the store between 10 am & 5 pm Monday - Friday, Saturday 10 - 2. If calling in your credit card we will only ship to the billing address on file with your credit card company.
