He's the REAL THING. We've all seen ones like this forever. A helium tank with a clown's head on it's top. Flanked by a clown hawking the gaggle of balloons that float above him in the air. It's marked 1971 on the back neck of the clown, so its that old, yet looks older. That could be a good thing if you plan on using this instead of just allowing it to sit around and be admired. It has the nozzle that protrudes from his lips that the uninflated balloon slide over. The balloon holder hangs from his neck and all the valves and gauges needed to run the operation are up inside the head.It could be used, yet frankly, this is well past its prime for playing and is worth more, much more as a work of art to be hung on a wall or a collectible antique in a setting that will do it history right. It's around 25" neck to the top of his hat and about 18" wide from ear to ear. This came out of a real, honest to goodness traveling carnival from the Midwest and is believed to be in god working order, yet not tested or warranted. The photo also does its colors more vividly than how it appears in real life. It appears to be older...like an antique would be. Shipping: Buyer pays USPS Parcel Post based on zip code.
