This listing is for a cobalt and clear glass decanter with cobalt stopper This is a beautiful,cobalt blue glass decanter bottle. It appears to be blown glass, asthere are no seams to be found. The top edge of the bottle and the bottom of the glass stopper are smoothly ground surfaces. The inner portion of the glass is clear, so when the decorative patterns were cut, they are clear within the cobalt blue. The stopper is entirely cobalt glass. This is a heavy glass piece weighing in at nearly 2 lbs! With the stopper inserted, it measures approx. 14" tall and 4" in diameter. The decanter alone stands 11" tall. The bottom of the decanter does not have any maker markings, but is marked with a 16 point starbust pattern. Bottle damage: NONE. Stopper damage: NONE. There are a number of superficial irregularities, almost liner up and down, in the narrow part of the stopper.
