Description This is a vintage 1940s/1950s Coca-Cola red metal ice chest/cooler, made by Acton Manufacturing Co., this cooler comes with the original box, the box has nice graphics of the cooler on it, what a great find! cooler measures about 17" wide, 19" high (to top of handle), 12" deep, has removable tray, has bottle opener and drain on one side, flip up lock that locks into handle on top, original paint, shows some minor scratches and scuffs and few marks, t is a small dent on the upper edge near a corner, no rust, very clean, overall the cooler is in very good/excellent condition, was stored in it's original box for many years, the box is in excellent condition showing some minor wear, one of the corners has tape on it but I think it may be the way the box was originaly made, the tape has dried up a bit and has peeled off a bit in spots, the box is stamped with the name of the Coca Cola bottler in Bethlehem, PA, a very nice vintage Coca-Cola cooler in the original box, don't let this one go!
