I've looked several times on Ebay and have only seen one before with the winged part. We have had the clock and round metal rings part many years and around 1990, we bought the wings which looked new at the time,and have been stored in a closet in our home since then. They have accumulated some dust and a tiny scratch and t We have never put it all together. *From looking at other clocks like this I'm pretty sure it had a second hand. This one is missing the second hand. I believe it is from the early 1940s (see question at bottom for another opinion).
