California Redwood Forest Wooden Bucket & BowlThis vintage collectible is made by the Standard Specialty Co. of San Francisco, and is a 'Product of the California Redwood Forest.' I can only describe it to include a 'turned' or 'parquetry' style woven wooden bowl and bucket with solid lid. 'Turned' wood refers to pieces of different color woods put together in layers to create a pattern, although this is a basket type rather than solid wood. All three pieces are in very good condition. The original identifying logo sticker with a photo of the giant redwood trees is attached to the bottoms of both the bucket and the bowl. Great pieces to use or add to a collection.
