Vintage Collins No. 1161 Set of two machetes one is the Original R Perez machete, the secound is the Collins copy. The Collins one has Logo and address but no number. The blade has 1161 written on the blade and the pattern room tag. Horn handle on the R Perez blade has been repaired. No P aper label on either. These blades do not have the cutting edges sharpened. Blade was never used as all the others I list. Overall Length 30 inches,Horn handle 6 inches, maximum width 3 inches. This set is a different length than the set I sold before. Most of the machetes came with thier pattern room tags. The Pattern room tag is on the Collins copy. Others that I will be listing have the Pattern room tags. I have other Collins machetes I will be selling on E-bay, with the machetes was a catalog dated 1939 and grips and sword blades. I did not cle an this blade. These had been in an attic for years most had superficial rust. Most have horn handles. If you want more pictures I will try to help. See my other auction. Buyer pays actual shipping with some of the longer blades t may be an additional cost to ship. I prefer to ship priority mail. Please insure if you have lost faith with the post office, I have had great results with Priority shipping. This is not a relist, this set is 2 inches shorter than the first set. Everything else is the same.
