This is a vintage set of "Community" Silverplate Flatware that I acquired from an estate. I don't have a date on this but the lady I acquired this from which was in her 80's said her husband got this for them the first year they were married. It is still in the original wooden storage box (which does show a lot of wear with scratches in the wood). This consist of the following pieces: (7) long dinner knives, (6) shorter knives, (7) round serving spoons, (9) dinner spoons, (10) long handle tea spoons, (11) salad forks, (10) dinner forks, (7) desert forks, (2) large serving forks, (8) longer handle dinner forks), (7) butter knives, (5) large serving spoons, (1) smaller knife similar to a butter knife and (1) cake server. The wooden storage box is approx. 4" talll, 19 1/2" long and approx. 11 5/8" wide. The weight of this set is approx. (13 pounds). Due to the box being in the condition it is in and also the flatware does need polishing, I am listing this set "as is". Due to the weight of this, the shipping cost would be $23.00 US. If it does not have to travel as far as California, the shipping could vary. If for some reason, it does not cost this much to mail, I would refund a portion to your paypal account.
