******** Solid COPPER Simplex Kettle Whistles England ******** Antique / Vintage / Patent Numbers / Late 1800's Early 1900's / Excellent Condition / England / Clean This Auction I am Featuring a : Collectible Simplex Patent Kettle Guaranteed Solid Copper SIMPLEX Patent Kettle is England's finest kettle, world famous for it's solid copper kettles It has a black wooden handle (worn a little) attached with brass sides that hold the handle to the tea kettle which are attached to the kettle T is a solid (whistling) ball in the spout, it whistles and sounds beautiful On the spout it is engraved and stamped Patent N o 423201 The Bottom of the Tea Kettle is stamped and reads : The Simplex Patent Kettle Made in England Patents Nos90 Guaranteed Solid Copper. REG D N o 786743 The registry number dates from either the late 1800's - early 1900's. It is approx. 9 3/4" inches tall It is 10" inches from tip of the spout to the outer edge It holds a little over 2 (two) quarts of water The inside of this kettle, is a pewter lining that is in excellent clean condition It has a couple small dings in the kettle that I have shown in the photo It is absolutely a gorgeous piece of fine kitchenware, it adds that old time English feel and look to your kitchen and home decor It has been well taken care of throughout many years of use and enjoyment It is extremely clean & useable " Please View My Pictures " It's time to go to a new home to be enjoyed for many years to come This would Absolutely Make a Treasured Gift for One of your Loved Ones Truly a Wonderful Addition to your Tea Ketttle Copper Collection!
