VintageCornish Serpentine Lighthouse Lovely piece of turned and polished serpentine in the form of a lighthouse, mounted on base of unpolished serpentine. These have been made since the late 19 th century from serpentine rock to be found at The Lizard Point in Cornwall. Traditionally they were modelled on the lighthouse at Wolf Rock near Lands End. This example also features a room thermometer. 12cm high, from bottom of base to tip of lighthouse.
