Description You are bidding on a late 1940s model Corona Sterling manual typewriter that features a beautiful maroon finish. It was manufactured by L.C. Smith & Corona Typewriters, Inc. The body is in excellent condition; however, the typing mechanism (the individual letter hammers) are very stiff and need cleaning. Consequently, the keys themselves don't work properly. The typewriter comes complete with its original leather carrying case, which is missing its leather handle. Please contact me if you have any questions about the typewriter.
