Vintage Cotton Crochet Lace Tablecloth 102" Banquet Size - Ivory Oval This lovely old-fashioned tablecloth is a heavy weight cotton crochet lace, in an all-over pinwheel pattern, with a scalloped edge. It's an oval shape, 102" long and 55" long. Leaving a 6" to 12" drop on each side, this will fit on your table from 78" to 90" long and from 31" to 43" wide. This size generally will seat 6 to 8 people comfortably, or 10 if you're very friendly:) This tablecloth is ivory, closer to off-white than ecru, which is closer to beige. It has great drape and body, will wash well and need no ironing. When I first spread it out, I saw no stains or spots. But when I inspected closely, I did find a few light stains. It looks very good on the table, with just a hint of vintage "character." I found no tears or breaks in the crocheted lace. This is a great tablecloth to leave on the table every day, or just bring it out for the big family dinners. It will also gather and drape beautifully across a sideboard or china cabinet. I knew an antique collector who used these very creatively - draped across rocking chairs, folded over quilt racks, even used as a shower curtain!
