This is a vintage / antique Arcade Crystal Coffee Grinder / Mill, wall mount with factory red paint. Measures approx. 18" from top of glass container to bottom (not including ring). The cast iron grinder is marked Chrystal and Arcade, the glass container on top is marked Crystal and the red top is marked Arcade. The glass jar under the grinder is not marked and may be a replacement, it is however a nice thick 6 sided heavy old glass jar from about the same time period. Looks like a replacement spring underneath the jar. Small amount of red paint loss, no rust. In working condition. After listing this item we received several comments saying that t had never been a red Crystal made so I checked a couple web sites (I am not a collector or expert of this item) and found "Your Coffee Connection" at /morehistory.htm which confirms that t were red Crystal Grinders made. This one looks to me like factory paint but as I said I am not an expert. Thank you for your input. E-mail questions.
