Vintage Cushman Colonial Cricket Stool

We are offering a vintage Cushman Colonial Cricket Stool - made of maple - very solid construction with pegged legs. We believe this stool to be from the 50's. Measures about 13" long x 9" wide x 8" high. Overall condition of this stool is very good - some very minor scratching on the top (just adds character) - see photo. Brass tag on bottom of stool reads "A Genuine Cushman Colonial Creation Made in Bennington, VT." "CUSHMAN 9058" is stamped on the other end of the bottom of the stool. The 2 photos showing this do not reflect the true color of the stool - bad lighting when I took the pics. The stool is constructed of maple. I have heard that Cushman Mfg. Company was purchased by Pennsylvania House Furniture in the 1960's and no longer exists. Great piece for display or use. Thanks for your interest. Please ask questions before bidding.
