This auction is for a beautiful brass & crystal pedestal compote. The crystal bowl is oval in shape and has a beautiful etched wheat leaf pattern on each side. It still bears a partial piece of the original sticker that says made in Germany.
The base of this piece is a round piece of white marble. It is stamped on the bottom: CATCO, Made in Italy.
The center is brass with one flower shaped tier dripping with crystal rounds, towards the top is a tier of 5 brass petals each with a strand of 3 crystal rounds. Then t is the crystal & etched bowl. IT has an oval shape with a ruffle like.
This piece measures approximately: 12 inches high by 12 inches wide by 7 inches deep,

This pedestal compote is in very good condition. It is a bit loose and needs to be tightened. 2 crystals have come loose and need to be reattached. It is a bit dirty and needs to be cleaned. T are no chips, cracks or fleabites/
