Presents... Vintage Dailey Bros Elephant Circus 6-Sheet Poster NR we have a great original lithograph poster for the Dailey Bros 5 Ring Modern Circus complete with bold elephant graphic and vibrant red barrel. This is a show stopper of a poster measuring 42" x 81.5". It is an original vintage poster and needs to be linen backed for conservation purposes. It is in excellent condition with obvious tears. I say excellent because t appears to be very little missing pieces. Most of the gaps and holes that you see have the paper behind the sheet. They just need to be staightened out and layed down on linen with acid free glue. As you can see from the pictures this banner is huge and in great original condition. The colors are bright and bold. This would make a fantastic impact in any room. This has got to be a very hard to find circus poster. I was unable to find much out about the Dailey Bros circus other than a stampede in Texas that happened around the 40's. This is a good early original poster. It is not frail and is in great condition ready for some conservation. I have been told by a member that this is the left side of a six sheet poster. I must say that this is the side to have.
