Up for auction is a lovely vintage rectangular Damask tablecloth. We believe it to be linen. The size is approximately 68 inches wide and 202 inches long. We were told by a linen dealer that it most likely dates to the 1920's or 1930's. It has been professionally cleaned and ready for use and is in good condition for a cloth item of it's age. However, that said it does have some condition issues. The most evident is the small hole in the edge trim on one end (see photo). T are also a number of "wear spots" showing up as thinning of the fabric and very small holes. None are serious enough to be classed a rip or tear, but are mentioned for accuracy of condition. T are no evident stains or age spots. A very nice item for the person or business that occasionally needs a table cover of this size for a private parties or business gatherings. Our low reserve is only a fraction of what a quality table cover this size would cost new. Please include your regular e-mail address as the e-Bay message system does not allow the sending of photos with my reply. Buyer to pay all shipping and insurance cost (if any).
