Vintage 60's (?) Dayton Thorobreds Truck Tires Display. It is made in two pieces, held together with screws. A truck tire is meant to sit upright in the middle, for display. I put a hubcap in there in one of the pictures so you could see what it was meant to do, but the hubcap is not included in the auction. The two pieces are supposed to come together with 6 screws (three on either side) but this sign has only one on either side so the tin has bent a bit under the pressure. I will be removing the screws for shipment, but will include them in the box. A little dinged, scratched and bent but the red is still very bright. The underside shows oxidation but nothing major, would scour off with steel wool. Please see pictures for condition. A very nice advertising piece.
