T his very sweet vintage light fixture looks great when on or off! I use to have this in a small bedroom and loved the clean, cool effect of the light through the blue glass. The pressed ribbed glass shade is blue with a beaded , frosted center, and is suspended from the canopy by three bead chains (included). The porcelain or ceramic ceiling canopy is a creamy off-white with a ribbed detail and blue trim to coordinate with the shade. The heavy glass shade is in great shape with no chips or cracks. The base has some slight crazing and a few flaws in the blue glaze trim that are not noticeable once the shade is installed (check the photos) and seem original to the piece. This petite fixture would look great in a smaller scale room. The shade is 10" in diameter and about 5" deep. The base is about 4" top to bottom. The complete fixture extends down about 11" to the bottom of the shade. This is a single bulb fixture with a new porcelain socket and new wiring. Mounting hardware is not include.
