Here we have a 24 inch Dennis mower. It has not bee used in a long while and has been dry stored in a barn. It comes with a Dennis grass box.The handle bar has been folded down and can be replaced in the correct position with a spanner or two. The engine is not seized and has the original starting handle.You are welcome to view just give me an email to arrange a time. I could deliver locally if you come and give me a hand to load it into my trailer. This would make a great restoration project. I believe it is complete and ready for a lot of TLC
