Great Danish modern vintage long floss rya shag rug in shades of gold,brown, gray and cream wool on a heavy wool base. This rug is calledâeoeGylden stiâe in Norwegian, which means âeoeGolden pathâe in English, and wasdesigned by Bi Magnus for Rauma Ryer of Veblungsnes, Norway. It ispictured in one of their catalogues. This particular rug was made in1966-67 and still has the original label. It measures 47 by 79 inches âe"thatâe(tm)s over 6 1⁄2 feet long! T are no missing stitches and the backlooks just as good as the front. All strings are intact. Five strands arediscolored at the tips. I will let the buyer clean or snip them off. Thisrug has been in storage for a long time and could use a shaking and agentle cleaning and some time lying flat on the floor, so the pile canfluff up! Otherwise, it is in great condition for its age! When packed, itshould weigh 13 pounds.Buyer pays actual postage plus $2 packing. Paypal only.
