Best guess is that it is either a DeVilbiss or Volupte - the bottle is not marked. The atomizer and collar are sold brass with a design engraved around the collar. The glass syphon tube is intact. This bottle bottle is glass with the upper part blue and the stem and base are clear glass. The blue portion on the bottle has a gold design around the bottle and the top of the base edge. A very attractive bottle. The brass atomizer is in excellent condition with no dents or scratches. The glass syphon tube is in mint condition with no chips, cracks or flea bites. The bottle has no chips, cracks, nicks or flea bites. The gold has a slight wear to it. (((This perfume bottle is circa 1920's to 1940's))) This bottle measures 7 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches wide at the base.
