You are looking at a vintage, Dexter 48912 huge butcher knife. Massive knife with forged bolsters.

BLADE: 3/16" thick, 11 3/4" long, very sharp

HANDLE: wood

FITTINGS: brass rivets

OVERALL LENGTH: 17 1/8"

CONDITION: Nice but used, shows general use but no abuse, knife is solid and tight, blade shows general use as you can see in the photo.
