A sensitively hand painted figurine Produced by Royal Worcester and initially modelled by Freda Doughty, this perennially popular child figure was produced between 1956 and 1983 This particular edition is back stamped as shown, but I am not an expert in the field and have not been able to pin down the exact date I was drawn to the appearance and pose of NOVEMBER 3418, feeding the birds with smocked coat and orangey red slacks and hat I loved the pretty gilt detail, blue buttons and carefully realised facial details and skin tone Unfortunately, the figure has suffered a bump to the end of the two outstretched feeding hand as shown in image 5 Measuring 7.5" tall (19cm), this is a no reserve auction Happy to send overseas, please get in touch to confirm destination specific postal quotation
