VINTAGE DRESDEN PORCELAIN VICTORIAN FIGURINE LAMPS

This auction is for two amazing lamps. I believe that they are Dresden but can't be absolutely sure because I didn't take them off of the base to check for markings. I didn't want to take a chance on damaging them. The quality equals that of Dresden! These are beautiful porcelain lamps depicting victorian figurines. The figurines are intricately formed with lots of lace and amazing details. The lamps are 20" tall to the top of the finial, the lady figurine is 8" tall, the man figurine is 7 1/2' tall, the metal base is 2" tall and 5 1/2" across, and the shades are 8 1/2" tall. The lady figurine has beautiful white skin from the victorian era, her soft pink dress has layers of ivory lace with gold edging and a large bow trimmed in blue accented with pink roses. The man figurine has layers of ivory lace with gold edging on his sleeves, on the collar, and down the front of his costume. The figurine is accented with pink roses also. I tried to take a lot of pictures to show the true beauty and elegance of these lamps but I'm not sure I captured how beautiful they really are. They stand on metal or brass bases. The lamps are in wonderful condition for their age. I couldn't find any damage on the lace or flowers and leaves. The man's left pinkie finger is broken and t is a flea bite at the base of the lady figurine. These flaws are very minor. T is also a little wear on the metal base of the lamp with the man. Overall, the condition is exceptional on these vintage lamps! You will not be disappointed with these lamps! Please ask any questions that you might have before you bid. I am not an expert, but I will answer to the best of my ability. Also note that these are very fragile and we HIGHLY recommend that you pay to insure them. We are not responsible for unisured items.
