Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a lovely early 1900s glass dresser jar or cologne bottle embellished with beautiful chased decorated silver top and engraved band. The bottle measures 2 7/8" high and has a 1 1/4" diameter base. The cut glass body is decorated with a diamond cross-hatch design and has its original fitted crystal stopper. T is some minor roughness around the edge of the stopper as is often found, however, the cut glass body is in excellent condition. The silver top is in excellent condition and has a gilded interior. The cotton inside the top in our photos should have been removed for photography as it was placed t simply to keep the stopper in place while being stored. T are no flaws in this hidden area. Although unsigned, the top and band are certainly Sterling Silver and the hinge is tight and the top closes properly. I am currently selling many silver pieces from my own 30 year collection so check our eBay Store for more lovely vintage pieces. We are always happy to combine packing to save on shipping charges.
