Item for sale does not work properly. I plugged it up and nothing happens? The turntable looks to be in a nice appearance for it's age. Overall, the unit is being sold "AS-IS' for parts or whatever. The needle and cartridge which happens to be a Shure Brand looks pretty good. In fact, I can feel the groove of my fingertips when sliding across the needle.I must admit it's a very classy turntable and hats off to German Technology... I can understand why the turntable is so expensive when working properly. If you have any questions regarding this it, please feel free to ask. I forgot to mention two aspects; there is a small crack on the back of the cover. And number two,I only ship within the United States and no local pickups!!! Solomon
