Offering this vintage Adlake Kero railroad lantern from the Duluth, Missabe and Iron Range Railway. This very collectable and hard to find lantern is in choice condition. Nothing on the metal frame is bent broken or abused. The top is clearly stamped with the Adlake Kero logo and also the reporting marks from the DM&IR.RY. The clear glass Kopp globe is in exceptional condition, there are absolutely no cracks or breaks anywhere and both rims are crisp. Everything on this lantern works perfectly including the wick adjustment and latch on the top. The lantern by itself measures about 9 ½” tall with a 6” diameter base, to the top of the handle it is 16” tall. Right out of an advanced collector’s estate and offered with no reserve.
