This old Dutch wall clock is made of oak wood which is beautifully carved.There are ornate brass panels throughout which look very sharp.The pendulum & two weights are made of brass also.At the top is "Atlas" which is holding the turning weight of the world on his shoulders.The motto "Nu Eick Syn Sin" ( To Each His Own ) is below the Atlas figure.Inside the back on the brass works is inscribed the following :"Franz Hermie",Made in West Germany the numbers "261-0800".Also is the number "81".On the front face says "Howard Miller".This clock dates from the 1950s or earlier era.This clock is in very nice condition with no cracks,chips,etc. anywhere to be seen.All parts are complete with the two chains,brass pendulum,two heavy brass weights,etc.This clock has not been tested and will be sold as described and as is.It may need a little cleaning and adjustment but looks very well as it is.This complete clock is very heavy.It will be packed very securely with bubble wrap as we pack all of our items for shipping.Great looking clock for any home or collection.Thank you.
