Offered for auction is this Deco Modern bright red plastic portable transistor AM radio by the famous Panasonic Company of Japan and shows awesome 70's design with round ball shape and chrome finish accents tot he tuning/volume knobs, etc. The piece dates from the late 1960's or early 1970's with a real Panton/Joe Columbo style with chromed metal chain for hanging/carrying. The radio works great and includes a 9 Volt battery, plus t is a small plug for headphones use. Radio is in great condition with no damage or breaks and is fully signed. A very functional Eames Era item, plus add great decor to the room or your wrist. Form is function for this classic!
