This is a fabulous set of Eames meets Frankl bamboo bar stools from the 1950s!!! They are just gorgeous. The design is so mid-century modern and they are very versatile! They would look great in any Tiki bar or retro kitchen. They could be used in a studio as well, or even poolside with a tall table. The chairs are in very nice condition with some minor imperfections to the wicker and ther, but nothing at all serious. The cushions are also wonderful though t is an eensy gap beteen the bamboo and the seat on one. Nothing structural, just wanted to let you know it is t These look easy to upholster, just pop out the wood insert and add any fabric you like. These look to have been done recently as the staples look newer, but the fabric has to be vintage! The black metal bases are all great with no damage other than some minor paint loss and light surface rust in spots near the bottom. The chairs measure 37" tall at the back and the 16" diameter seat sits 28" from the floor. The chairs will be shipped via Grehound PackageXpress. It will need to be picked up at your nearest bus station within 3 days of its arrival. The shipping rate is a flat $120 fee to anyw in the continental US. This includes packaging materials and insurance up to $300. If your item exceeds the $300 limit you may purchase additional insurance through the insurance agent of your choice.
