Just as we found it--needs a real cleanup, but it works. No bulbs come with it. We did test it with a bulb and the light works but the bulb we had is not exactly the correct type, so we do not plan to include it.
Made of hard plastic. Metal hands. The minute hand needs to be straightened out a bit so that the second hand doesn't come into contact with it while passing. Easy fix but we will leave that to new owner to do.
Gold-colored plastic frame shows wear and some scuffs and scrapes. Metal back has rust. No issues with cord and plug, that we can see.
Measures 15 3/4" x 15 3/4" and weighs 4 lbs. unpacked.
