This is a great pair of sterling silver earrings which might be from Mexico but I think their origin is really South American, possibly Ecuador or Colombia. Each earring features a deity-type figure with a crown and swinging from the ears are small coffee beans. The earrings close with well working screwbacks. Well made and nice! Circa 1950. Hallmark : The earrings are unmarked, but test as sterling silver - I think the screwbacks were just extras the artisan had in the shop, one is marked "Sterling" and the other "Gold Filled", they are both silver in color Size: 1 1/8" x 13/16"; Grams: 7 Condition: Excellent vintage 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! 16651 Visit My Ebay Store for more treasures! ~~Now offering Layaway or delayed payment terms - just ask!~~ Please ask questions if you need more information about a specific piece.
