Vintage Silver Tone NATURKUNST Pressed Edelweiss Flower NECKLACE Vintage Silver Tone NATURKUNST Pressed Flower NECKLACE CONDITION OF THIS PARTICULAR ITEM: From a Laguna Beach, California estate we are currently processing. This is a piece of vintage jewelry and as such it will have a patina of wear that you might expect on older jewelry. I did not polish this up for photos and know it will look even better once given a proper cleaning by you. I checked this piece over and found no previous repairs and none needed now. Lovely German necklace marked "Naturkunst" featuring a pressed Edelweiss flower set in a silver tone metal. Very ornate filigree design on braided silver chain. The legend was that a young man would climb a mountain to get only one Edelweiss flower (all that was allowed) for his sweetheart.
