Vintage Edison Standard Phonograph, Model "C" reproducer, With 2 records, 1905 Welcome. Up for purchase is a beautiful Edison Phonograph from the early 1900's. The serial number is 610002 and the last patent date is Oct. 3, 1905. The reproducer is number 374542 from the National Phono Co. and it is a Model "C". The horn is a Standard Witch Hat and is 14" long and 7 1/2" across. There are no dents in it. At the end of it is a plastic sleeve that fits onto the reproducer. I do not know if this is original to the horn or not. It fits nicely on the reproducer and sounds good. The bracket is on the case for the big horn, but thats the only thing I have related to that. There are 3 rubbers missing off the feet, but all of the feet are there. The wooden case, lid and handle are in very nice condition in my opinion. The decal is very nice, as I feel the finish is. There are no breaks, repairs, deep dents, or deep scraches. It does show the expected wear and a few small scratches and little dings that you would see in a piece this old. The metal parts are all original and look very nice. I did not clean or polish anything for fear of not doing it properly. The machine works and plays very nicely and to be honest sounds amazing to me. It comes with 4 record cans, 2 of which have records in them. One is #1069, Band Marching Through Georgia.
