Welcome! Up for your consideration is a vintage pocket microscope that was made in Occupied Japan. It has sold by the Edmund Scientic Corporation of Barrington New Jersey. It has three power setings, 20, 40 & 60. It is fairly heavy for something this small. Description: Vintage pocket microscope. T is an adjustment on the side for the power setting. It appears to have the original paint along with the original sticker. Approximate measurements: The overall length 5" long and has a 3/4" diameter. Markings: Edmund Scientific Corporation, Barrington N.J., Made in Occupied Japan, 20, 40, 60. Condition: Excellent condition! It works great. It appears the glass lens need to be cleaned to bring out a clearer view. This fine piece is just about mint! Additional information: Keep in mind that when dealing with any vintage cast item that t may be casting flaws. I will declare all major casting flaws that I find.
