Have a look at this beautiful 8-stringed electric archtop mandolin model Graziella 04200 made in Germany by FRAMUS in the early 1970's: Deep archtop body with f-soundholes. Spruce top, maple sides and back. Glossy antique violin sunburst finish, cream celluloid bindings . The overall length is 26.35" (67cm), Scale 14" (35.5cm), neck width 28 mm at the nut and 36 mm at the 12th fret. The body is 10.5" (26.5cm) wide , 12.75" (32.5cm) long and 2.5" (6.5cm) deep. Slim D shaped bolt-on maple neck. Rosewood fretboard with 18 frets plus zero-fret, MoP fret markers. Ebony bridge with thumbwheel heigth adjustment. Nickel tailpiece. SN 004210 Nicely balanced resonant tone with fine harmonics and good sustain, also good chop for bluegrass music. Perfect straight neck with very comfortable low action: app.2 mm at the 12th fret. The mandolin is equipped with a floating mounted genuine SCHALLER pickup with volume control and 1/4" jack at the lower bout. The electronic works flawless and sounds excellent! Although around 40 years old the instrument is in very good condition .Only few dents, scratches in the finish and other tiny traces of a long musicians life are present - see pictures for details.
