This vintage Dominion Electric Corporation popcorn popper has the original cord with the blue paper tag that reads "UNDERWRITERS' LABORATORIES, INC., INSPECTED CORD" and F-395 HATFIELD." On the bottom is "DOMINION ELECTRIC CORPORATION, MANSFIELD, OHIO, U. S. A." and "MODEL NO. 1702, WATTS 400, VOLTS 110-120." T are also two numbers in random places, a 1 and 2, and the encircled UL mark.T are a few tiny black specks in the bottom of the popcorn container section of the popper, and t is one quarter-size grease stain on the bottom. I attached the cord and plugged it into an outlet, and the unit heated right up. Inside the bottom section, the heating element looks perfect. The popcorn popper is very clean and has some scratches. The photos are representative of this. The top is missing. I think that it probably had a glass top and that it would not be too difficult to find a glass top that would fit. A great piece of nostalgia!!! Smoke-free and pet-free home. Buyer pays shipping. Insurance is optional.
