Very sweet pixie elf vintage cookie jar. Just in time for Christmas! Dimples, freckles, blue eyes, eyelashes, and vivid red lips enhance this vintage piece of ceramic art. He has a happy expression! His leaf cap is painted in natural brown and rust tones. Height including cap is approx. 9.5", and width from ear to ear is 7.5". T is no maker mark but probably from the early 60's. Very good condition, vivid colors, but has a small .25" chip on right ear (see photo). Also, on the back rim two tiny paint chips. Very difficult to see or photograph, but see photo. The paint chips are not noticeable because they blend with the over all flesh tone of the paint. All in all, a delightful and whimsical piece for the collector. Item will be carefully packed and includes free insurance.
