VINTAGE ELGIN 1922 14K WHITE GOLD LADIES WATCH This is a vintage Elgin ladies watch. The watch has a hinged case that is marked 14K, Elgin Giant Watch Case Co., 266256 and 10/0. The watch is marked Elgin and 25738848 which I believe dates it to 1922. The front of the case has engraving on it. The watch measures 1 inch by 1-1/8 inches including the lugs. The watch does not work. T is a tiny chip on the inside edge of the crystal. The case weighs 4.7 grams but that does include the crystal. The watch and case have not been cleaned or polished. To ship in the US by first class mail in a padded envelope is $3.50. Priority mail is $6.00. Insurance is available for $1.65 for $50 of coverage. Please contact me for rates for items over $50. If you elect not to insure your item, please understand that I am not responsible for loss or damage after it is with the postal system. Items do get lost and often damaged no matter how well they are packaged. For international customers, Global Priority Mail is $12.00 in countries w it is available. International first class mail is $4.00. International rates differ and insurance is not always available. I am happy to ship internationally, but please do not ask me to lie on the customs form. Customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. I am always happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases. All methods of payment are accepted, however, checks are subject to a 10-day hold before shipping. If I should mistakenly misrepresent an item, I offer a full refund. You must e-mail me within three days after delivery. Refunds will not be given for buyer's remorse. Please understand that all information pertaining to age, condition, origin, etc. are approximations. Unless specified, all items are used, second-hand, or antique.
