This offering is for 8 B.P.O.E. tokens, all from Elks lodges in Oregon. The small one in the upper right of photos is from The Elks 288--the Pendleton, Oregon lodge. It says it is good for 5 cents in trade. I presume it is of an older date because it's been a long time since anyone bothered much with a nickel. What looks like a plastic poker chip in the middle of the photo is from Lodge 1247, which is the Klamath Falls one. The two large ones in the bottom row of photos are from Lodge 1972 in Sweet Home, OR. I suspect they are fairly old, as they show Oregon as abbreviated Ore., and it's been a long time since it was done that way. They say on the back: "Gateway to the Santiam Playground, Worth $1.00 in Trade." The other 4 are from the Tillamook Elks 1437, and they are their 50th anniversary tokens from 1972. (1922-1972). They are each good for 50 cents in trade. These tokens range in diameter from 7/8" to 1 1/2". The condition on all of these are quite good with little more than normal wear. The 4 Tillamook ones are fairly soiled with a couple of corrosion spots on one of them. The rest show normal wear for their age. Please study the photos for condition. I will ship these USPS First Class Mail. I almost always ship same day or within one day, but I list 5 days maximum...just in case. If not fully satisfied, I offer a 3 day return, read more
