Vintage Enamelware or Graniteware Wash Basin: Marked "KER Sweden" DESCRIPTION This is a vintage white enamelware wash basin that is exceptionally clean and ready for display on an oak wash stand. The basin is 11" in diameter at the top and 6" across at the bottom. It stands 3 1/2" high but the sloping contour of the sides would accommodate a water depth of 4". The bottom of the basin is stamped with a blue circle within which is written: "KER Sweden" and the Swedish flag is in the center of the hallmark. CONDITION The Swedish wash basin is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, rust, or damage to the sides or interior of the bowl. On the bottom, t is a small chip on the rim of the foot of the basin (see photo) as well as some minor wear along that same rim. NOTE: The white spots or marks appearing in some of the pictures are the reflections of my camera's flash off the surface of the enamelware. PAYMENT & SHIPPING I accept PayPal, money orders, and cashier's checks. The buyer pays for shipping and optional insurance. I ship by United States Postal Service.
