Vintage Sheffield Bowie - NON XLL - SASS is a very nice vintage bowie which would interest the single action shooters out t! 10 3/4" overall in length. Blade is a hair under 6" long. Blade is marked Joseph Allen & Sons, Sheffield, England, NON.XLL. Blade shows age darkening, it's nice and sharp. Nickle Silver Fighting style crossguard Nickle silver bolster and end cap, both in fine shape. Nicely shaped stag handle, fits the hand well. One age crack on one side. Handle is solid. Molded sheath with metal throat and brass belt stud or for a frog. Super collector's piece! Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. If you would like different pictures, please send me your email address because with the photo program that I have I don't seem to be able to attach pictures to the emails that I respond to that go through Ebay. I prefer Paypal but will accept money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks with a 10 day delay in shipping for the check to clear. Insurance is up to you. I pack as carefully as I can and am not responsible for packages lost or damaged within the mail system. I will ship the next day after receiving payment, except for checks, of course. I use Priority Mail and charge only the shipping rate based on your zip code zone, plus .55 for Delivery Confirmation on Priority Mail to insure the package doesn't get lost. Use the shipping calculator located on this auction page for your shipping amount. When you get your invoice at the end of the auction, the .55 for Delivery Confirmation will already be included in the total shipping, you do not have to add it. All Sales are Final.
