The age of this item is unknown, but it is reasonable to suggest it is more than 30 years old. The owner purchased it almost 20 years ago as a vintage piece at that time. This chandelier features beautiful brass detail around the lamp base. The burner may have been replaced, and the glass chimney is new. The oil container/burner unit is by Duplex of England. In places, the brass finish is tarnished and pitted, but it could possibly be cleaned. The crystal is lead crystal, offering a stunning color under the light. The glass shade features a delicate floral design and has no cracks, chips or repairs. T is no brand associated with this Chandelier. It is sure to be a major piece in any well-decorated room. The glass shade on the lamp measures 13.5 inches in diameter, and is 7 inches in height. The chandelier hangs approximately 37 inches down from the ceiling.
